High Viz Kids!

With activity increasing in the North Mainland of Shetland as our gas plant and pipeline work progresses, local parents approached us with concerns about the increased level of traffic around the schools local to the worksites.

They suggested that we could provide high visibility vests to the local children, so that they can be easily seen on their way to and from school, as at this time of year it is dark in Shetland during both these trips.

Staff from the Total Management Team attended Mossbank Primary School recently to distribute these vests, as modelled here by the children.

Vests were also provided for teachers, for use when taking the children out on trips.
