Ensuring community has it's voice…

Here at Total we recognise that there will be times when residents may have concerns about some aspect of the work we and our contractors are carrying out.

Although we have taken every precaution to ensure there are no problems with noise, dirty roads, etc we have also ensured that there is a clear way for people who are concerned to have these issues addressed.

Leaflets explaining who to contact if you have a concern, have been placed in various outlets across the islands including Shetland Library, Reception at SIC Grantfield offices, Brae Co-op, the Mossbank shop, Hillswick GP practice and the Port Authority Reception at Sella Ness.
