East of Shetland, Offshore Environmental Statement

In accordance with Offshore Petroleum and Pipelines (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1999 (as amended), TOTAL E&P UK Ltd has applied to the Secretary of State for Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) for consent to develop the Laggan and Tormore gas fields.

This application is accompanied by a Petroleum Operations Notice (PON) 16 and the East of Shetland Environmental Statement (ES).

Members of the public have until 7th November 2009 to make representations in relation to the East of Shetland ES application to the Secretary of State for the DECC, reference number D/4056/2009. Comments on the statement should be sent by email, letter or fax and should be marked for the attention of:
